By using the website or an online VORAXDESIGN service, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to that use.
A client project is governed primarily by its accepted proposal or order, any incorporated project scope, the Contracting Conditions and the Project Conditions.
3. Website information
VORAXDESIGN aims to keep public information accurate but does not guarantee that every example, timeline, capability statement or public price indication is complete or suitable for a particular project.
Prices described as from, starting, indicative or estimated are not binding quotations unless incorporated into an accepted contractual document.
4. Project Architect estimates
Project Architect and similar tools provide preliminary guidance from information supplied by the user and VORAXDESIGN estimation logic.
Outputs such as estimated ranges, complexity scores, recommended packages and timelines are indicative and do not constitute guaranteed scope, price or delivery dates.
5. Accounts and authenticated areas
Users must protect their credentials and are responsible for activity through their authorised account.
Users must not attempt to access another client's information, bypass permissions, attack systems or interfere with authentication or security controls.
VORAXDESIGN may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse investigation or enforcement of contractual rights.
6. Acceptable use
The website and VORAXDESIGN systems may not be used for unlawful activity, malicious code, security probing, abusive automation, impersonation, infringement, privacy violations or interference with service availability.
VORAXDESIGN may block, investigate or restrict activity that reasonably appears abusive, fraudulent, unlawful or harmful.
7. User submissions
Users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and completeness of information and materials they submit.
Submitting a request does not oblige VORAXDESIGN to accept the engagement.
The user grants VORAXDESIGN the limited rights necessary to review, store and process supplied materials for the requested business or project purpose.
8. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the VORAXDESIGN website, brand, public copy, interfaces, methods, templates, reusable modules and non-client-specific materials remain owned by or licensed to VORAXDESIGN.
Website access does not grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit those materials.
9. Third-party services
The website and delivered products may depend on independent hosting, cloud, API, payment, email, analytics, AI or software providers.
Third-party services remain governed by their own licences, policies, pricing and availability.
10. Availability
VORAXDESIGN may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt systems for operational, security or technical reasons.
Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed unless a separate written service-level commitment expressly provides otherwise.
11. No guaranteed business result
VORAXDESIGN does not guarantee revenue, funding, search ranking, lead volume, conversion rate, adoption, profitability or another commercial result unless a specific written guarantee is expressly included in an accepted agreement.
Clients remain responsible for their business decisions, market conditions, legal compliance and operation of the delivered product.
12. Consumers
If a user or client acts as a consumer, mandatory Belgian and European consumer-protection rules remain applicable.
Project-specific withdrawal, conformity, payment and cancellation provisions are set out in the Contracting Conditions.
13. Website liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VORAXDESIGN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on freely available website information or non-binding estimates.
Nothing excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit VORAXDESIGN to exclude.
14. Belgian law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
For B2B disputes, the courts of Antwerp, including the Ondernemingsrechtbank Antwerpen where competent, have jurisdiction unless a binding project agreement validly provides otherwise.
For consumers, mandatory jurisdiction rules prevail.
Nothing in these documents excludes a right, remedy, guarantee or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
