1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored or accessed through a browser or device.
Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and other browser-based identifiers.
2. Operator
The website is operated by VORAXDESIGN, 2580 Antwerp, Belgium, enterprise/VAT BE0802.231.372.
Contact: hello@voraxdesign.com.
3. Categories
The legal treatment of each technology depends on its purpose and implementation.
- Strictly necessary technologies used for requested functionality, security, sessions, authentication or preference storage.
- Functional technologies used for optional interface or convenience preferences.
- Analytics technologies used to measure traffic, interaction and performance.
- Marketing or attribution technologies used for advertising measurement, campaign attribution or remarketing where enabled.
4. Strictly necessary technologies
Strictly necessary technologies may be used without optional consent where legally permitted because they are required to provide a requested function, maintain security or transmit communications.
Examples can include session protection, authenticated areas, anti-abuse controls, multi-step form continuity and storage of cookie choices.
5. Optional technologies
Functional, analytics or marketing technologies that legally require consent should remain inactive until valid consent has been obtained.
Refusing optional technologies should not prevent access to core functionality unless a particular technology is genuinely necessary for a separately requested feature.
6. Analytics
Where enabled, analytics may process page views, device/browser characteristics, approximate region and interaction events for first-party product and website measurement.
Analytics requiring consent should not run before valid consent.
7. Marketing and attribution
Marketing, advertising, remarketing and campaign-attribution technologies are not currently active through the VORAXDESIGN consent layer. If such technologies are introduced, the relevant policy information and consent version will be updated and fresh consent will be requested where required.
Technologies requiring consent should remain disabled until an affirmative consent choice has been made.
8. Consent
Where consent is required, it must be obtained before the relevant optional technology is placed or read.
Consent should be specific, informed, freely given and based on affirmative action.
Continuing to browse is not treated as valid consent where active consent is legally required.
9. Changing or withdrawing consent
The VORAXDESIGN cookie-preference interface allows users to accept, reject, change or withdraw optional consent.
The consent choice itself is stored in first-party browser storage as a strictly necessary preference record containing the consent version, selected categories and decision timestamp.
Users may also manage browser cookies and storage through browser settings.
Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
10. Forms and configurators
Project Architect, Launch Sites and other multi-step forms may use session or browser storage where necessary to preserve progress, protect a submission or provide the requested configuration flow.
Storage used only to provide an expressly requested form function may qualify as strictly necessary depending on the implementation and applicable law.
11. Third-party technologies
Where VORAXDESIGN integrates an external analytics, hosting, security, media, advertising or platform provider, that provider may process information under its own privacy terms.
VORAXDESIGN seeks to apply appropriate consent controls to optional integrations where legally required.
12. Duration
Some technologies exist only for a session while others may persist for a defined period.
Retention should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.
13. Personal data
Where cookie, device or browser information constitutes personal data, the VORAXDESIGN Privacy Policy also applies.
14. Changes
This Cookie Policy may be updated when technology, website functionality or consent mechanisms change.
