LUXNOVA.ESTATE began as an international real-estate platform concept for agencies, developers and cross-border property collaboration.
Building it properly required positioning, pricing, listings, agency workflows, developer tools, lead routing, CRM logic, administration, trust systems, infrastructure and a commercial launch strategy.
It became one of the clearest demonstrations of why the VORAXDESIGN model exists: business thinking, product design and software cannot always be separated without losing something between the handovers.
